Sardar Power Ltd is setting up a 1.725 MW mini hydel project across river Nagavalli at the downstream of Thottapalli reservoir in Garugubilli mandal of Vizianagarm district (around 70 kms away from Srikakulam road) of Andhra Pradesh.
